AI and automation for construction in the UAE
In the UAE we work office-to-site coordination for fit-out, renovation, installations and maintenance: multilingual documentation, site reports, bid comparison and issues. Rollout is per project and remote, with occasional on-site presence if scope requires. We do not yet have our own office or clients there, and we say so.

Project types
Fit-out and interiors, renovation, installations (MEP) and maintenance. The sharpest pain is office-site coordination and documentary control across revisions.
Languages
English as the working language; Arabic with professional review and RTL design, prepared before publishing. The document assistant answers in the document's language.
Rollout model
Per project, starting with a scoped pilot. Remote work with occasional visits depending on scope; no local office that does not exist.
Support
In English, with hours agreed per project accounting for the time difference (GST, UTC+4).
Data residency
The UAE has the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Federal Decree-Law 45/2021) and free zones (DIFC, ADGM) with their own rules. Where data is hosted and transfers are assessed per project; we do not advertise “full compliance”.

What we do NOT promise here
Saying it is part of entering a market honestly:
- ×We do not yet have an office, local licence or own clients in the UAE.
- ×We do not certify regulatory compliance: what requires legal review is flagged and handled per project.
- ×We do not promise permanent physical presence; rollout is per project.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No, and we don't pretend to. We work rollout per project remotely, with occasional presence if scope justifies it. We prefer to start with a scoped pilot and prove the result rather than advertise a local presence that does not exist.
Where is our data hosted?
It is decided per project. The UAE has its data-protection law (PDPL) and free zones like DIFC and ADGM with their own rules; hosting and transfers are assessed before loading anything and documented. We do not claim automatic “full compliance”.
Do you work in Arabic?
English is today's working language. Arabic is prepared with professional review and right-to-left (RTL) design before publishing; the document assistant can already answer in the document's language.
How do we start?
With one concrete process —documentation, reports, bids or issues— and a small pilot on real data. We measure the result and, if it convinces, scale it with the data rules we agree.
One process, one pilot, one measured result.
Tell us your project and the data rules you need, and we start scoped.
