What hardware do I need to set up a smart store?▼
The minimum is a QR reader at the entrance, a screen inside the store and the app installed on the customer's phone. Optionally you can add lockers, connected fridges and a virtual totem. Standard off-the-shelf hardware works — no proprietary equipment.
How long until the store is up and running?▼
In 48 hours the system is configured and operational. Physical integration with your premises may vary depending on the QR reader installation, but the software and app are available from day one.
What if the customer doesn't have the app?▼
Store access works by scanning the QR at the door from a phone browser, with nothing to install. For regular customers an app under your own brand can be deployed, published on your own developer account. We also offer web QR access for occasional visitors.
How do I manage stock and sales?▼
From the management panel on web or mobile you have full visibility: real-time stock, sales by hour, expiry alerts, automatic reports and AI analytics. You can manage multiple stores from a single dashboard.
