What it is
Your own autonomous retail platform, without building from scratch
Scan and Buy's white-label software lets you launch your own autonomous retail platform —iOS and Android app, admin panel and AI modules— with your name, your logo and your colors, without building from scratch. We publish the app on the App Store and Google Play under your account and customize the design in about 48 hours.
It is the same engine that runs our own stores, multi-site and multi-role: you scale from 1 to 100 locations with franchises, branches, managers and staff. It includes QR access, in-app payments (card, wallet and recurring charges) and APIs to integrate POS/ERP, catalogs, bookings, access control and billing, with no proprietary hardware.

Why white label
The small print
Three questions nobody asks and should
In white label everyone promises the same thing, and the difference is in what goes unsaid. These three answers are ours, in writing, so they can be compared with anyone else's.
Whose app store account is it?
Yours. The app is published under your own developer account on the App Store and Google Play, not ours. It looks like an administrative detail and it is not: if the account belongs to the supplier, your users, your reviews and your store ranking belong to them, and getting them back means starting from zero with a new app.
What happens the day you want to leave?
You take your data in a format that opens, not a dump that needs deciphering. Customers, products, sales and history. There is no penalty for leaving and no piece held back so you cannot. A supplier who needs to tie you down to keep you is already telling you what they think of their product.
What can actually be changed?
Brand, colours, copy, languages and which modules are visible: that is included. Changing how the engine works inside —the payment flow, the access logic— is no longer white label, it is custom development, and we say so in the first meeting rather than discovering it halfway through. We do both; what we do not do is blur them in the quote.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does the app carry my brand?
Yes: your name, icon, colors and texts, published on the App Store and Google Play under your account.
How long does it take to be ready?
We customize the design in about 48 hours and you launch in weeks, not months, on an already proven engine.
Can I manage several locations?
Yes, it is multi-site and multi-role: you scale from 1 to 100 locations with franchises, branches, managers and staff.
Do I need proprietary hardware?
No. QR access and in-app payments, with no proprietary hardware, and APIs to integrate your systems (POS/ERP, catalogs, bookings, billing).
Is the system proven?
Yes, it is the same engine Scan and Buy uses to run our own stores, with automatic security updates and technical support included.
Whose account is the app published under?
Yours. The app ships to the App Store and Google Play from your own developer account, not ours. It is not paperwork: if the account belongs to the supplier, your users, your reviews and your store ranking belong to them, and getting them back means starting from zero with a new app.
What if one day I want to stop working with you?
You take your data in an open format —customers, products, sales and history— with no penalty and nothing held back. We would rather you stayed because it works than because leaving is expensive.
Where does white label end and custom development begin?
Brand, colours, copy, languages and which modules are shown are white label. Changing how the engine works inside —the payment flow, the access logic, a process of your own— is custom development. We do both; what we do not do is blur them in the quote and let the difference surface halfway through the project.
Can I set my own prices for my customers?
Yes. The model is that you buy the platform and decide what you charge: we do not get involved in your margin or demand a per-transaction share. What you pay for is the licence and the support, not a percentage of your business.
Launch your app with your brand?
We show you the ready-made platform. Just add your logo and colors.
