Delete Account

By deleting your account, all data associated with your profile will be erased, including any personal information provided. Please note that this action is irreversible, and the information cannot be recovered once the account is deleted.

Irreversible action

Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your purchase history, accumulated points, or any associated personal data.

How to delete your account

    Open the Scan and Buy app on your device.

    Go to Settings → My Account.

  3. 3

    Select "Delete account" and confirm the action.

  4. 4

    You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address.
