We build supermarkets and minimarkets that open by themselves: the customer scans a QR to enter, takes what they want, scans with their phone and leaves. No tills, no night shift, in the premises you already have. It is our best-known line and there is one running in Málaga.

Vademecums with audited dosing
We turn a laboratory's catalogue into rules the system applies: dose per species and per kilo, per-injection-site cap and withdrawal time turned into a date. The audit audits itself, and if it fails, the deployment does not publish.

This industry advertises satisfaction rates and active-user counts that nobody can verify. You will not find any here. What follows comes from projects in production and can be reproduced by running the tests.

Every charge, every till reconciliation, every variance calculation and every per-role discount cap goes through a test before reaching a store. The price is resolved on the server, not on the customer's phone, and a payment retry does not charge twice.

entry points behind a central guard
In a panel used by several companies at once, one query that forgets to filter is enough for a client to see another's data. Rather than trusting nobody forgets, the filter is applied by default at all 121 API entry points.

errors injected and caught: 99.5%
In a veterinary vademecum, a miscalculated dose has physical consequences. To find out whether the audit was worth anything, we deliberately injected 559 errors: it caught 556. The three that slipped through are documented by name, not hidden.

What is a 24/7 cashierless smart store?
It is a retail establishment that operates without physical staff thanks to QR access technology, mobile product scanning and automatic payments. The customer enters with the app, scans what they take, pays in one tap and leaves. Scan and Buy has been building this model in Spain since 2023, with the first store of its kind in Málaga.
How much does it cost to set up a cashierless store with Scan and Buy?
Costs vary by size and modules: from ~€13,000 for space adaptation, ~€15,600 for software and hardware, and ~€7,800 for the app and scanning system. Scan and Buy's SaaS model allows you to start with a lower investment and scale progressively.
