AI and automation for construction in Saudi Arabia
In Saudi Arabia we address contractors and subcontractors with specific documentation and operations needs: finding facts in specs, structuring reports, comparing bids and tracking issues. Rollout is per project, with data-hosting requirements assessed before starting. We do not yet have presence or own clients there.

Project types
Contractors and subcontractors with heavy contractual and technical documentation, and operations split between office and site. Documentary control across revisions is the first candidate.
Languages
English for work; Arabic with professional review and RTL design before publishing. The assistant answers in the language of the loaded document.
Rollout model
Per project and remote, with a scoped pilot first. Data hosting and transfers are defined before loading documentation.
Support
In English, with hours agreed per project accounting for the time difference (AST, UTC+3).
Data residency
Saudi Arabia has the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), overseen by SDAIA, with transfer and, in certain cases, data-residency requirements. Assessed per project; we do not advertise “full compliance”.

What we do NOT promise here
Saying it is part of entering a market honestly:
- ×We do not yet have local presence, licence or own clients in Saudi Arabia.
- ×We do not certify PDPL compliance: what requires legal review is flagged and handled per project.
- ×We do not promise data residency without first assessing the project's specific requirements.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you host the data inside Saudi Arabia?
It depends on the project and must be assessed before promising anything. The Saudi PDPL, overseen by SDAIA, sets transfer and in certain cases residency requirements; we define hosting and access before loading documentation and document it.
Do you have clients or a licence there?
Not yet, and we say so openly. We enter via a scoped pilot and by process; we prefer to prove a real result rather than advertise a presence that does not exist.
What language is used?
English today. Arabic is prepared with professional review and RTL design before publishing. The document assistant answers in the language of the document loaded.
Where should we start?
With documentary control: finding a fact in specs and contracts with its page and version. It is the process least dependent on hardware and the one that saves the most time, and it is proven with a small pilot.
One process, one pilot, one measured result.
Tell us your project and the data rules you need, and we start scoped.
