Scan and Buy Partner Program

Launch your autonomous store as a Scan and Buy Partner

If you are opening a store or want to adapt a business that is already running, we assess with you how to implement access, scanning and payment. Selected companies can start with 50% off the licence for the first three months and take part in validating the system in their daily operation.

From €245/month for the first three months.

Starter then becomes €490/month from the fourth month. Equipment and installation are quoted per project.

In one line

The Scan and Buy Partner Program is an open call for companies that want to implement and validate an autonomous store (or adapt an existing one). In this program, 'partner' means a company that implements the solution and takes part in validating it. Selected companies pay 50% off the licence for three months (Starter €245/month then €490/month; Professional €495/month then €990/month) and quote equipment, installation and customisations separately. It also accepts lockers, kiosks and construction, with their own evaluation.

Open call

50% off the licence, three months.

For selected companies with a rollout compatible with the standard retail plans. The promo period starts when the service is activated. VAT not included.

PlanFirst 3 monthsFrom month 4
Starter245 €/mes490 €/mes
Professional495 €/mes990 €/mes

Amounts excl. VAT, consistent with the current commercial rate. The application starts a fit evaluation; the price is confirmed in writing before contracting.

Monthly licence

The table's discount covers the software fee of the chosen plan.

Upfront investment

Equipment, installation, premises adaptation, integrations and customisations, if the project needs them. The quote states what is reused and what is required.

Special projects

Lockers, kiosks, module combinations and custom developments are assessed case by case. A locker that fits a standard plan can take the offer.

The SAB Construction pilot is a separate offer. See the general rates in Pricing.

How it works

Four steps, no small print.

01Tell us about your project

What you want to set up, where, whether you have premises and when you want to open.

02We evaluate the rollout

We review access, available equipment, the purchase flow and integrations. You get a proposal split into setup and licence.

03We put the system live

We configure the agreed scope, train the lead and test the purchase journey before going live.

04We review real usage

We agree issue tracking and two short reviews. The company flags problems and proposes concrete improvements.

What the company gets

A fit evaluation, the launch rate if selected, a go-live plan and a channel to report issues and give feedback. The included support is the one in their plan; the collaboration's extra follow-up (two short reviews) is agreed at the start.

What the company contributes

It appoints an operations lead, puts the solution into use on the agreed schedule and takes part in the reviews. Before activating the service, both parties agree which operational data is collected and why. Any publication of the name, images, testimonial or identifiable results requires a specific agreement.

FAQ

What people usually ask.

How much do I pay per month during the promo and after?+

With the launch discount, Starter is €245/month for the first three months and €490/month from the fourth; Professional is €495/month for the first three and €990/month after. The discount covers the plan's software licence and the period starts when the service is activated.

Is there an upfront cost to set up the store?+

The licence and the setup are separate. Equipment, installation, premises adaptation, integrations and customisations are quoted separately if the project needs them. The quote states what can be reused from your premises and what must be added; there is no single setup figure for everyone.

Can I apply if I'm still looking for premises?+

Yes. Mark the premises status as 'still looking' and we run a preliminary evaluation: we review the fit and what you would need, even without a site ready to deploy. When you have the premises, we pick it back up with a concrete quote.

What do I contribute as a partner company?+

You appoint an operations lead, put the solution into use on the agreed schedule and take part in two short reviews during the collaboration, flagging issues and proposing improvements. Before activating the service we agree which operational data is collected and why. Publishing your name, images, testimonials or identifiable results requires a specific agreement.

Can I apply for lockers or kiosks?+

Yes. When a locker fits a standard plan, it can take the offer if selected. Kiosks, module combinations and custom developments are assessed case by case and receive their own proposal.

How is an application approved and when is the quote confirmed?+

The application starts a fit evaluation. If the project fits, you receive a proposal split into setup and licence, and the price is confirmed in writing before contracting. The call is open while the page says so.
